Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help.
Exchanges
* We offer one complimentary size exchange per order within 14 days of delivery.
* The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original condition.
* Any additional size exchange requests after the first complimentary exchange will incur an exchange processing fee of ₹100
* If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photographs of the issue.
Returns
* Returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery.
* To be eligible, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and with all original tags attached.
* Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, your refund will be processed.
Refunds
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the return is approved.
* A ₹100 pickup and return processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
* Refunds will be initiated only after the returned item has been received and successfully passed our quality check.
